Top 50 Influencers in Irish Education Policy
The Irish Times compiles a list of the top 50 influencers in Irish Education Policy. It is an interesting list that shows what organisations and individuals have a say in how education policy is formed. It shows how ministries operate alongside interest groups rather than on their own. It also shows that if you were lobbying for a particular position on education policy, it is not always a case of going straight to the Department of Education - there are plenty of people on this list.
Would love to see this be a series for other areas in Irish policy development, this is great journalism and proper transparency. I’m sure some people would be interested to see who the top 50 influencers for Irish Economic Policy are.
